We’re excited to share the latest construction progress on Akaya by Trasacco Phase One, set for completion in February 2026! For the guard house and three-bedroom townhomes (B11, B12, B13) and four-bedroom townhomes (B10, B06, B02) units, site clearing and excavation are 90% done, backfilling is at 85%, and substructure work, including columns and damp-proofing, is 82% complete.
MEP installations and slab work are at 40%. Three-bedroom (B22, B23) and two-bedroom (B15, B16, B17, B14) units have reached 90% for site prep, 65% for backfilling, and 60% for columns and blockwork. Other units (B24, B18, B19, B20, B08, B09, B05, B04, B03, B02, B01, B5) are at 35% for site clearing, with more work planned for June. Check out the photos below and stay tuned for more updates!
